What to bring/wear to the clinic:

Shorts or sweat pants to work out in.
Turf shoes or sneakers with good lateral support. 
(Nike Frees are not great for our workouts as they offer limited lateral stability).
Bats, batting gloves or whatever you typically use for hitting.

Anything you want to drink to stay hydrated (we have water on site).

Parents and/or coaches may attend with a registered player.

No video recording is permitted during the camp.
Show up around 3:45 PM on Friday for check in at The Ranch.

Here are the details that you'll need...

Your event is Saturday Sept. 16, through Sunday Sept. 17, 2017.

You just made one of the best decisions of your life!! We can't wait to see you and get started with your training. Be prepared for a game changing/life changing weekend!

The excitement starts on Saturday at 8:00 AM.
(For you it actually starts on Friday 4:00 PM)!

We'll work until around 12:00 on Saturday and then break for lunch for an hour
We'll wrap up on Saturday evening around 6:30-7:00 pm.
Sunday we’ll work from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

There will be no lunch break on Sunday (bring a little something to munch on while we work through the video analysis.) What to bring/wear to the camp:

  • Shorts or sweat pants to work out in.
  • Turf shoes or sneakers with good lateral support (Nike Frees are not great for our
  • workouts as they offer limited lateral stability).
  • Cleats
  • A glove.
  • Anything you want to drink to stay hydrated (we have water on site).
  • Something to snack on Sunday.

    And a "Can Do" attitude that says, "I can do anything I set my mind to."

Parents and/or coaches may attend with a registered player.

No video recording is permitted during the camp.

Show up around 7:30 AM on the Saturday for check in at The Ranch.
