4 Differentiators Of Success

Comments are off for this post.

I truly believe anyone can make it as far in this game as they want and that includes you.
That’s not hyperbole of fluff.
It’s what I believe.
It’s what I know.

Without that belief as the foundation of our process, the success of our students would be impossible.
If you truly want to add velo, improve your command, eliminate your arm pain and reach performance heights grater than you can imagine, I believe you can do it.

But, to get there you need 4 things and they all start with the letter D.

As Napolean Hill said in his book Think and Grow Rich, “The starting point of all achievement is desire.” If you want to make it in this game, it starts there… with a flame of desire that burns so hot in your soul that it cannot be contained… a desire so intense that it becomes inevitable. No elite pitching camp or baseball training program can substitute for desire. You either have it or you don’t.

Desire without a decision to act upon it is a wish. At the beginning of every great success story the main character reaches a level disappointment, disgust and desperation that compels him to make a decision to change.

And, that decision – that one thought—begins a process that leads to redemption, avoidance of failure and ultimately success.

Are you there? You need to be…because no baseball training program or elite pitching camp will decide for you. You have to do it on your own.

Are you tired of doing the same old thing and getting the same result?

If you are then make a decision to do something about it.

Frustration is not a skill. Hope is not a plan.

The right plan is the most important part of the equation. This is where the baseball training programs come in. In my experience, most players with the desire and the decision are willing to work hard. The difficulty lies in knowing what to work on and how to do it.

Information on baseball training is more available than ever. Some of it is pretty good but most of it is total garbage. With so much misinformation and disinformation, it’s hard to know what/whom you can trust. Many players place their hopes and efforts in the wrong baseball training programs and get neutral or negative results.

Don’t let that happen to you.

Come to our complete game off-season baseball training program and let us write you a customized program that will direct every facet of your training toward one goal… success.

It starts December 11th and runs through January 19th. You can stay for as little as a week or for as long as you would like.

We’ve helped over 215 guys learn to throw the ball 90 mph from the mound. Last summer our elite pitchers camp trainees gained an average of 4.5 mph and improved their strike percentage by 13%. Our hitters gained 5.7 mph in exit velocity and 15.2 mph in bat speed. Our baseball training programs achieve results.

Here’s what Sam Marlatt a JUCO pitcher looking to get a D1 scholarship said,
“FBR was an amazing experience for me. I went home with more knowledge than expected and am now seeing my velo sky rocket.”

Austin Bergner was the number 4 ranked prospect in the Cape Cod League this past summer. He has trained here since he was 9 years old.
“There’s no way I would be the player or the man I am today without the help and guidance of Randy and the staff at The Florida Baseball Ranch.”

Alex Munroe ejected from travel ball and spent an entire summer training at The Florida Baseball Ranch. He started at 76 mph. Three years later, he is topping at 91 mph and is committed to The University of Miami. According to Alex’s dad, Scott,
“The Florida Baseball Ranch and their baseball training programs/processes have been the number one factor in my son’s development. He wouldn’t be heading to an elite D1 program with our their help.”

Once the plan is made, success comes down to the minute-by-minute decisions to make the sacrifices necessary to achieve greatness. Do the work and you’ll reach your goals. Slack off and allow your commitment to waiver and you’ll stay right where you are.

We won’t let that happen to you.

When you come to our baseball training camps and become a “Ranch Guy”, we’ll become your accountability partner… your corner man… your arm care and performance concierge. We’ll always be just a phone call away to give you’re the guidance you need to get where want to go.

If you have the desire to be great, then its time for you to make your decision…

And time is running out.
